We are delighted to call your attention to our new summer menu from the Empire restaurant and its Chef Alain Regnault!
Come and taste delicious dishes - smoked salmon cannelloni with vegetables (carrot, zucchini, celery root, beet, cucumber & fennel), peanuts & basil vinaigrette; - grilled spiny lobster with vegetables boiled in Chardonnay; - lobster with crispy carrot, vegetables & ginger-garlic sauce; - rabbit with wild honey and rosemary; and - chocolate Crusti-Fondante with praline & hazelnut in caramel and many other delicious dishes!
