On September 2-7, the 8th International festival of Commercial film «Kino-Yalta 2008» will take place in Yalta.

The festival which has already gained popularity and prestige in the cinema circles will present the most significant film-works of Ukraine and Russia for the last year. By tradition, among the guests of the festival there will be well-known film directors, actors and producers of both countries.

The competitive program of the festival will be shown in Oreanda cinema. There will be presented 8 films. This year the jury of the festival will be headed by director Pavel Chukhray (Russia).

The main prize of the festival is the Big gold apple.
