Starting June 15, Premier Palace Hotel offers special vodka-based dishes. The exclusivity of this cuisine is that vodka, known as horilka in Ukrainian, is one of the ingredients in all the dishes – both entrées and desserts. On the menu you will find such delectable choices as beef filet marinated in vodka and smothered in red currant sauce or lightly salted salmon in a mustard-vodka sauce with honey or lemon-vodka sorbet with wild berries, and more!
When dining, you can choose individual dishes à la carte from this menu or order the prix fixe dinner consisting of four dishes for attractive price.
During this season, Premier Palace will also be offering special vodka-based cocktails.
Come and taste these unusual dishes from the vodka cuisine either in the Hotel’s Lobby Bar or at the Empire Restaurant.
