This autumn Empire restaurant will offer a series of innovations inspired by Chef Alain Regnault and his culinary team:
• New menu from Chef Alain Regnault
Autumn moods are reflected in a variety of seasonal dishes. Our chef introduces a new selection of soups, including Cream of Pumpkin, truly autumn soup, and clear broth with white kidney beans. Langoustines and lobster have appeared in the salad menu. The Chef's creativity is reflected in the dishes such as filet of salmon with chanterelles, spinach and coconut mousse, and turbot with truffles and asparagus. Surprises await diners with a sweet tooth as well.
